We want you to be fully satisfied with your VR46 official gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Return
Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
